Hi! So excited to meet you here! We are Dr. Mansi and Dr. Rupie, cousin sisters and plant based Lifestyle doctors who teach you how to use food as medicine. Our goal is to make clean eating and lifestyle adjustments simple and sustainable.
After completing medical school in India, we each completed Internal Medicine Postgraduate training in the US. We have been practicing for a combined 25+ years in both office and hospital medicine.
Throughout our careers, we witnessed that early interventions with lifestyle modifications tremendously helped our patients. A whole foods/plant based approach would prevent and even reverse chronic health conditions. So, we sought additional fellowship and substantial training beyond our medical degrees to achieve expertise in Nutrition, Culinary, Aesthetic and Lifestyle Medicine.
As experts, we know when it comes to health and wellness, one size never fits all. We create a holistic plan based on your body composition, lifestyle, and personal history.
What we offer is well beyond what your average doctor, nutritionist or self proclaimed guru can provide. We present you a personalised roadmap to upgrade your nutrition, fitness and overall health to help you feel better, look better, and live longer.
Does that sound exciting to you? That's because it is!
